- Where is Yaya's Natural Hair Boutique located?
- We're at 2004 Sylvan Rd SW in Atlanta — Sylvan Hills, just south of West End. The studio is a small, intentional space; please use the exact address rather than the Booksy map pin.
- What are your hours?
- Appointments run by booking. Each stylist keeps their own calendar, so the best way to check availability is to pick your stylist on our site and open their scheduler. Contact for availability on off days and holidays.
- Do you accept walk-ins?
- If there is a chair available, we can make space for you.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Each stylist manages their own cancellation window, typically 24–48 hours. Reschedules inside that window may forfeit the deposit. Check the confirmation email from your stylist's scheduler for their exact terms.
- What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
- Arrive with hair washed and fully detangled — no product buildup, no braids or twists installed. If we're doing color or locs, we'll send prep notes with your confirmation. Bring a reference photo if you have one in mind.
- Where should I park?
- There is a parking lot in front of the shop.
- Can I bring my kids to the appointment?
- Children are welcome. We just ask for respectful behavior within the shop.
- Do I need a consultation before my first appointment?
- For the most part Yaya can do wonders with just a picture. But feel free to reach out if you have further questions before the appointment.
- How do I book an appointment?
- Every stylist here works independently and keeps their own calendar. Pick your stylist on the site — we'll route you straight to their scheduler (Booksy, Calendly, Square — varies by stylist) so you see real availability.
- How do gift cards work?
- Gift cards come as flat amounts ($5, $10, $25, $50, $100, $250) or curated experience bundles — a Wash Day, Facial Indulgence, Loc Refresh, the Starter Journey, or a Full Transformation. Add a personal note and schedule the delivery date if you like. Pay with Cash App; once it clears we email the recipient their code with a QR for easy in-studio redemption. - How much do services cost?
- Service prices are listed on our services menu — every row shows the starting price and the time window. Final quotes are set by the stylist at consultation, since length, density, and condition all move the number.
